Pepzin-GI is easy on the stomach. I have GERD and cannot take too many supplements right now. I take one a day just before breakfast, which is all that's needed for me. I have adjusted my diet as well. They go hand in hand. Gut healing starts with food and is helped by gentle supplements. Foods I avoid- Tomato sauce, coffee (decaf and caffeinated). It's tough but I'd rather feel better. I also avoid spicy and acidic foods like chili peppers and mixing too many herbs together. Foods that agree- bananas, cantaloupe, bread (I'm gluten-free for a healthy thyroid) coconut yogurt (I eat Cocoyo), I steam most of my veggies for better digestion. We grill, roast bake, steam and air fry (with no oils). We eat oils mostly uncooked. I also eat some organic baby food fruits as a snack (sounds crazy but it works) especially the earths best organic baby cereal. I mix it with almond milk and add bananas or mangoes . I'm healing my gut with minimal ingredients, LESS IS MORE. I'm using Pepzin-GI to aid in the healing. _x000D_ So far so good. Hope this helps.
