Everything is perfect, this food my koi love everything about it. I use to feed them Tetra brand and then started using this brand which is better for them and their color has really started to show the quality of food Blueridge brand is. A food.

I have had both koi and then goldfish. I tried cheaper food and the fish reluctantly ate it. I got this food and the difference was dramatic, the fish gobbled this up immediately. You can tell it is great food because it has a smell, too. I noticed the baby dish were retaining their colors better and my fish were growing bigger than my neighbors fish were. I would not guy anything than this for my fish! It is not cheap but the fish are healthier and there is less fish waste with this low ash food.

Used this for about 6 months, a 2lb bag, now I bought a better value of the same in 5lbs bag. Shubunkins and Koi seem to love it.

Fish food arrived exactly on time and the quality was fresh. They charge about $30 for a 4lbs bag at my local fish store. So buying a large tub in bulk, definitely saves me some money.

My boys were getting a little too big for flakes so I needed a more reasonable food source.Works better than I anticipated as once the big goldfish grab a few they wonder off to digest them.Then the little ones, even the minnows, will nibble at the pellets.

The pellets are full of worm and small black bugs. This is my second order with Blue Ridge koi food and all had this bugs.

I'm sure this food is fresh and tasty if you're a fish. I wouldn't know. Right now they reside at the bottom of my little pond in freezing water waiting for more pellets in the Spring.
