Other than the allergic reaction to the lactose, it did seem to do what it claims! I felt great in other ways. Lol

Bought after reading so many good reviews and I like it so far. I don't take daily nor a lot, but I do notice the difference when I take them, even if it's just 2.

It is very small and melts fast with liquids. I don't find pain relief every day but I hope it is helping me.

I love that they are easy to take, they melt in your mouth. When I am constant with taking them they help me with my lower back pain. It's good to know that these tiny pills are all natural and that they work.
