My wife purchased this walker for her mom. The left wheel drags which makes the walker pull to the left. I tried to fix it with no luck. It should've been returned defective but instead she tried to make do. Another walker will have to be purchased.

I have the same problem as cop enters. Two left wheels! Horrible. Husband comes home from hospital tomorrow. This is unacceptable.

It releases well. But, we were given two right side wheels. So Mom had the right side wheel on the outside as it should be, but the left wheel is on the inside making it unstable.

DO NOT use this walker unless you are small and strong. I have fought this thing for 4 days and today was my threshold. The plastic wheels went sliding away from me yet again. Just home from the emergency room with a broken left arm above the elbow. Two fingers broken badly bruised hips and many other things I would like to go to sleep until I am healed from this horrendous prices tragedy.
