The threads for the arms were stripped out a little when I got mine and the t bar handle should be replaced with a nut end that a socket could grab onto. It's way too small as it was designed.

I ordered this puller after having read that Lisle had changed the conical 'arm adjustment component' material from metal (as pictured) to plastic. This was consistent with the one that I received (It's plastic, not metal).Another gripe I have with the puller is that the tabs of the arms that go under the wiper arm or battery terminal are not even close to even with each other. One is bent at a ~90 degree angle (as it should be), and the other is bent higher on the puller arm than the first, and at a larger angle (~110 degrees), so when the puller is engaged with the wiper arm or terminal, the pressure screw is not close to perpendicular with the piece being pulled, resulting in undesired angular pressure. Mine must have been made on a Friday right around quitting time, or on the quality control inspector's day off. Also, the downward pressure adjustment screw is pinned (long through-pin at the top used for tightening/loosening the pressure screw) with a very light gauge metal bar, although I'd hardly call it a bar, more like the metal used for the hooks on cheap plastic coat hangers (the plastic bottom, metal hook variety). As stated in previous reviews, the pressure needed from a puller like this is not very great, so this should not be a huge issue, but I didn't expect the 'bar' to be this weak. I will be surprised if it holds up to extended use. Lisle could have easily used a heavier gauge metal for this application and the manufacturing cost would not have significantly increased.I have a few Lisle USA tools and have they have served me well in the past, but the quality of this USA (yes, the packaging indicated that the one I received was made in the USA) Lisle tool is awful. I will likely return it and get something that is on par with America's past reputation for tool design and manufacturing like the Facom U.14A puller.I only gave 2 stars because the tool was made in the USA. Had it not been stamped USA, I would not have guessed it was made here based on my past experience with previous Lisle USA tools.*This is not the manufacturers fault, but this puller is not compatible with the wiper arms of my '97 Nissan Hardbody pickup. The wiper arms are recessed in the body and the distance that separates them is too narrow for the arms of this puller to fit. As stated, this isn't the manufacturer's fault, so this was not considered in my review of this puller.TLDR: Don't buy this puller. Get something that works out of the box like the Facom U.14a
