Actually these are now imported and sad to say have much better fit and finish and one-handed operation than when made in USA. Definately work great with only one hand.

Were bought to hold up garage doors while repairing the cables and bottom seals. Now find them useful for clamping materials for cutting as well. I only give 5 stars for products that perform better than expected. This product is perfectly fine.
