Walking in heels is no big deal for me. However these where so slick on the bottom. I had to rub rubbing alcohol all over the bottom, cut tracks into the slick rubber and then sand paper them down. I should have gotten paid for the work and repair I had to do on these. The bottom of the heel itself is slick plastic so there is no helping with that I'll just have to walk on the soles and pray I don't bust my ass.
