Took about 400 mile ride, and we got caught in some rain so I stopped to put the rain cover over the bag and when I went to sinch the straps they came off the cover easily like they were barely sewn on. Ended up stapping the cover down with bungy cords.

Great to carry ski stuff. I wish it had a solid bottom so it wouldn't always collapse.

Good size light gage material

I need to use a pair of pliers to remove the shoulder strap. The attaching snap is made of super stong plastic and is too tough to work using only my hands.

I liked this duffel bag in so many ways. I used it during a move. I was impressed with how much it would carry. The only problem was that part of the lining in one of the end pockets tore loose. Perhaps I packed too much there. Other than that I am very pleased with the duffel and already have recommended it to a friend. It is durable and easy to fold up and put away.

Overall excellent buy. Quality is par. But again for the price it's hard to beat. It won't be used daily. Only for my snowmobile gear when we go on trips. I feel it will last at least a few years.

I had this bag for awhile (2 years) and it held up alright for someone who travels around a lot and beats up their gear. The separated pockets are nice and the bag is roomy for the price. I used this bag exclusively for travel over that time so my bag probably saw more miles and use than most. That said, the bag did start to fall apart faster than I would have thought for a bag that is supposed to take a beating. The material which separates the side pockets from the main one came apart after a little over 8 months and the plastic parts which hold the shoulder strap to the bag broke after about a year in a half.
