Had to use a longer pole to insert in ground otherwise it would not stay up. Pipe that came with it is way too short. I used a piece of 5/8 inch. rebar 4ft. long and that held it up nicely to support the grill. I did have to grind one side of the rebar to get a good fit. Jim W. Waukesha, WI

Super easy to adjust and install I've cooked everything on it it's durable and holding up to almost daily use exceeded my expectations for the price and value ratio

Good quality unit. The only drawback is a mounting rod that is too short. I picked up a 4-ft-long 5/8-in. diameter rod from HD. Drove it roughly 2 ft into the ground which gives good stability. The remaining 2 ft above grade is plenty for adjusting cooking temperature. In short, I recommend the unit but be prepared to spend extra on a longer rod.

Great product. Mount it in a pipe in the ground as others have suggested so it will swivel freely.

We cooked Brats and hot dogs over a bonfire with our great nieces and nephews. the grill worked well. I did have to make a stand to put the post in due to the ground being frozen and the post ideally should be a few inches longer. The grill seems to be rugged.
