It helps some but I still wake up around 1am with some cramps and if I drink more they stop but then I'm up have to go to the potty.

I didn't see any information regarding calories in the product label. However, I read that minerals do not contain calories.

I've used this before with good results. Still had cramps after using it. I'm hoping it works tonight. I've taken it three times now.

Easy to swallow couldn't tell the difference

This is more like 4.5 of 5 stars.I did not buy this to help me with cramps so can not comment on that aspect of it.I was looking for an alternative to Smartwater, which is quite expensive to drink exclusively. After some research, I discovered that Smartwater tastes so yummy because it has trace minerals in it. I found No Muscle Cramps, which has similar trace minerals. I tried it and...voila! I have smartwater every day for a fraction of the price! I'm now putting this in everything, not just my drinking water. It has improved my coffee and my ice cubes, among other things.For me, a bottle has been lasting about 2 months with every day use. I'm on my 6th bottle after a year.I would have given this 5 stars but they recently changed the dropper and the new one is not very good. The instructions basically say 1 drop per 1 fl. oz. of water. But the old dropper ALWAYS gave you 32 drops consistently if fully squeezed. The new dropper is unpredictable, giving me anywhere from 10 to 20 drops but never 32. So I have to use multiple squeezes and count out 32 drops for my 32 oz water bottle, or 50 drops for my 50 oz coffee reservoir, etc. Annoying. Bring the old dropper back! Dropping 1/2 star for this.Another plus is that I have consistently received my order in 24 hours or less. In fact, I've ordered it on an evening, and it's arrived the next afternoon. Fantastic!Plan to be a customer ongoing unless things change.

This was a great product that helped with my cramps and doesn't have a taste like anything unless you put a lot in there.
