I like this product. The only thing I found I did not like was the fact that the plug socket has a hole in it. I guess for drainage. Yep it drained alright, right inside the wall and onto my carpet, and all from the hole in the base of the socket. Just be advised of this hole and seal it or make sure its at the top. Still a potential leak no matter where it is. So I had to pull them back out, seal the hole, re-install, and then dry my carpet out. Other than that, so far its a great product.

Installed this in the grill of my Ranger to power the 2A trickle charger, got tired of opening the hood every time as I didn't like the cord hanging out. Was an easy install, just remember to unplug it before you drive off!

I use this on my Cummins truck and really like it,the only problem was the male plug broke after a short period of time so I had to buy another one

Very good quality from this company. Not everyone has a 2 hole saw or a drill to drive it, but if you do this works great once installed.

I needed one entree the female end was outside so I could have an outside plug. I'm sure this one is fine, just the wrong product for my use. My bad. Not the seller.

Product as described. Easy to install. Added it to my work trailer, cut off the plug end, put it in a j-box, attached to Romex, and wired up interior with outlets and lights. The waterproof plug cover is exceptional as well. Would recommend.

Great item professionally packagedI was surprise how it was originally packaged, so nice with good quality materials.Maybe the boxes cost more than item itself lolBut very please for sureI needed to buy the 2 inch metal round thing about 13$ in lowes.Plus luckily I have the drill and small bitsMake sure drill very tiny so screws can get in, other than that will be loose.I will buy it again for other diesel truck as works great for winter times.Don't plug it in for days as you electric bill will be highOnly when really using truck every day.

Came in impressive/fancy packaging, I am using for my chest freezer in the garage incase power goes out, have it installed next to acess door in house so I can hook up to my through-the-wall transfer switch which is upstairs. The supplied screws I did use but pretty sure I will have to install wall anchors, probably after first use. Almost guaranteed to pull out of the wall when unplugging extension cord. Great addition for through-the-wall emergency use when power goes out.

Works as advertised but, you have to modify the hole you cut out for it because the cord comes out the side and not straight out the back.

Good quality product, however if it's designated for marine use and 90 of the worlds boats are white, why is it black. As you can see from my pictures in black it stands out and looks awful. So off to the workshop and a few coats of white paint. I first used Kylon Fusion which is supposed to be ideal for pvc plastic, totally useless the paint was chipping off after just one day, stripped it all off and used a $1.30 Lowes cheapo spray paint and that worked fine. Unfortunately the rubber bung that seals the hole when not in use is rubber and no paint will stay on rubber, so had to take it all off that bit and now it's two tone and looks fine. Didn't have the latest picture to post but will do shortly. Come on Noco produce it in white as well as black

I use these to get power into sheds I have, better solution than many others I have found if you only need 15-20 amps (lighting and battery charging).These keep rodents at bay, easy install and are perfect to get power into outdoor buildings and enclosed trailersjust drill a 2 inch hole and install, run extension cord, weathertight and no holes for insects or rodents.price is right!I bought 5 of them!

Bought this to be able to keep my battery charged as I am now working from home and rarely need to drive. I have an old Noco charger already but I wanted something I can mount in my rig without having to pop my hood to charge. Likewise if I need to use the vehicle I don't have to open the hood and remove the charger. This unit allows me to install in the engine bay. Paired with the GCP1 mounted in my grill all I have to do is plug and unplug and off I go.

Like many have stated, its easy to install, 2 hole and it slides right in. Only problem I see so far is the design of the cord placement, the cord should come out straight off the back and not off the bottom edge. Other then that appears to be water tight, I will know more as I use it.
