First off these are the most comfortable sports bras I've ever worn. But on that same note I would say these are pretty low impact, maybe medium depending on how big the tiddies are.I'm a 32DDD,DD on a good day, and I can do weight lifting, biking, and stair climber at the gym with little issue. I highly doubt I would be able to do any sort of HIIT workout or anything more intense than a fast walk without jiggling all over the place.

This bra was a very tight fit even though I ordered my normal bra size. It would be great support for working out though. It was a bit uncomfortable under my arms as it pinched me a bit.

I am very picky about my sports bras because I am a bigger girl, but small chested. I bought this bra thinking I would like it because of the material, which I love! However, it was tighter around the band line than I thought which causes some slight discomfort. I purchased an XL. It does what it's supposed to by keeping everything in place, but is pretty compressive, also. I don't hate it. But I don't love it. I would Possibly buy a bigger size next time.

Great for weights and yoga. Keeps the girls from bouncing. Not rated for running as it is a medium impact.

I like this sports bra. It fit snug but not too snug! The bra was a little smaller than it's true size.

Got size M, couldn't get myself in it. I give it to my girlfriend which is size S and still was snug looks great on her tho

Sizing is a little off, I am usually an xl in sport bras (40d) but this was pretty tight under the arms. Good support and otherwise nice, just tight in the armholes

The material is soft, not super restricting but I don't do anything intense to need that. It is a bit too tight for my liking, but I'm in the process of losing weight so I kept it as I'll grow down to it.

I'm 5'2, 120lbs, 32B, athletic built. Usually wear XS in other brands. I don't like tight bras that fit too tight so I intentionally ordered one size up so I can feel comfortable working out in it. But still, the bottom of the bra is a bit too tight and rolls up easily. If I wear a slim fit top, I can see my back being squeezed. Not gonna return it, as the quality is decent. But consider sizing up.

It's comfortable and doesn't dig in or roll at the bottom. I'm a 34 FF or G and it doesn't really offer much in terms of support, mostly just smashes the ladies down so they aren't in the way. I wear it for farm work and it's fine but I'd think twice about using it for any high impact cardio.
