I enjoyed this product, I did except it to come melted or altered due to the reviews. When it arrived come of the chips, had clung on to the top of the bag and began to melted. But I quickly emptied the bag and sorted through it. I would say like 3 oz with bad began to melt. Other than that the chocolate can in it's original bag and when I tempered it properly, it really elevated my strawberries!!!

I love the melt in your mouth quality of this fine Belgian chocolate. The 54.5 cocoa; 36.6 cocoa butter mixture in this product is divine. Cocoa butter melts at mouth temperature, so the European way of chocolate is so much more SENSUOUS than modern 70 chocolates. THE PRICE IS AWESOME. The dots of chocolate are equivalent to chocolate chips in volume, but are a bit flatter. So they will be fine in your cookies.

I love this chocolate. It works well for adding to baked goods or using to drizzle on baked goods. It melts in your mouth, and I really like the way the calles are flatter than regular chocolate chips.

So many uses. Easy to melt to make chocolate covered Oreos. Also made chocolate chip cookies or ate handfuls straight from the bag. Delicious. Got both the dark and white chocolate.

It took some time to find the perfect temperatures for tempering this chocolate in my kitchen (120F brought down to 80F by seeding then warmed to 94.5F) using the ranges on the bag, but once that was discovered it has been a breeze! Great rich flavor and aroma. Would buy again.

I made filled chocolates for family and friends for Christmas and everyone raved about how good the chocolate was. I used dark chocolate for outer shell and milk chocolate for chocolate ganache as the filling.

Like most Belgian chocolate I've tried, the flavor was superb, complex, chocolaty, but not too sweet. I was hoping the drops were smaller, for use in coffees, but a few seconds in a grinder resolves that. An earlier purchase from this vendor had small needle-shaped chocolates. These are more like extra-small Nestle's semi-sweets---but with a far better flavor profile.

Arrived with a slit down the front of the bag, it was not from opening because it was on the opposite side. Everything seems to be okay inside I was just a little shocked that something would be in this flimsy of packaging
