Direct replacement of a standard single pole light switch. Used it to control my outside hard wired landscape up lights. No longer needs to remember to turn lights on and off. Set it and forget it. Works great.

I was never able to install it due to electrical complexity. And an electrician fee would well surpass the benefit of the switch. Perhaps some day I will decide to install it.

This worked on my 3-wire bath-exhaust fan application (house has no ground in the box). The unit requires a neutral wire in the box. I connected the neutrals white-to-white, unit's black wire to the black LINE wire, and unit's BLUE wire to the fan's load wire. I programmed four time periods to run the fan at desired intervals. Honeywell knows the controls business.NOTE: Tap the big rectangle on the front to run the fan (or lights) manually. Tap again for OFF.WARNING: Disconnect power at the breaker before connecting any lead to this unit. This is for safety, and to avoid damage to the unit.

I all ready had this timer on one of my light circuits. It is very easy to program and when a old light timer died I replaced with this timer. It works great!

Arrived quickly and in good condition. Looks like a good quality product and it functioned perfectly for me. I am using this to cycle a ventillation fan about 6 times per 24 hour period, so even if someone turns it off, it will come back on at the next cycle.

While I was very happy with the earlier version of this switch, it did not function with LED light bulbs due to requiring the use of an incandescent (40 watt minimum) light bulb. This switch is the perfect replacement to utilize LED light bulbs and is functionally identical to the earlier version it replaced.

First, turn off power before you try to install! I learned the hard way and shorted out a circut breaker and it cost me $500 for an electrician. The unit works well and was a perfect replacement for the previous GE 5325-71L. Used to control outside up lights. I am not sure if rated for LED lights, but worked well in my case. Electrician said he did not think I would have any problems, which I did not.

Installed this in my garage to automate my coach lights. Worked without flaw. Made adjustments to the schedule. The manual operation is helpful. The only complaint is the button for manual operation is the door to hide the schedule buttons and it is a little flimsy at the 2 tiny top hinges.

Directions won't say it, but you can jump the second neutral for the timer onto the ground wire if you're having trouble
