I am a huge fan of earthy scents like SJP Stash and Santal 33. When I searched for alternatives, this option came up. I wanted try it to see if it compared. It doesn't smell similar. It ia definitely in the scent vicinity, but doesn't quite hit that musky mark of Stash or Santal. As a stand alone scent, I am really enjoying it. It works perfectly with my Ph, giving me long lasting scent throughout the day. It also blends well with some of my essential body oils I use, like Amber and Sandalwood.Remember, your Ph and chemistry make all the difference with perfumes. It is reminiscent of Dior Ja'Dore. It has a dark fragrant base, with medium notes of wood and floral. If your body chemistry tends to reject fragrance, I would stear clear as it may come off as matronly or headach-inducing. If you can hang with woody and musky scents, it will be a great choice.I took this small sample bottle and out it into a small atomizer bottle. A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY - so go gently on it and keep to your pulse points, jaw/ear area and your dcolletage, between and just above the bustline.
