I think it would be helpful if it included instructions. While I understand how to install the hinges, others may not. Overall a good product though.

Works as well as similar units I've installed. Since no template was supplied, and the sink was already in place, getting the screws located took a bit of extra effort. Used a piece of 1/8 aluminum stock to set thevertical spacing of the tilt-out drawer above the main cabinet doors, and spent more time than intended under the sink getting the screw holes marked. After a couple of hours of fiddling, the end product functions well.

Installation is a pain, check out some how-to videos on the internet to help you out.Install the bracket to the frame, then remove the bracket after marking your bracket holes on the panel. I used some painters tape to place on the inside of the panel, then blindly marked the bracket holes with a permanent marker. Then removed the brackets from the frame, attached the bracket to the panel, attached the tray screws, and then remounted the brackets to the frame.Works great otherwise.You really only need the front two screws closest to the panel to secure the brackets to the frame. Enjoy.

Works as expected but it did not come with the templates or instructions Rev-a-Shelf states in their on-line instructions should be included. Pretty easy to install without them just using the hinge as a template and the on-line instructions.

This hinge replaced an old one in our master bathroom. It is equal to or better than the one we replaced. My only criticism is it did not include a paper template or detailed instructions to simplify drilling new holes, installation, etc.

We installed this last night. The product seems fine. It appears to be sturdy and functions well. I marked it down to 4 stars because it did not come with any installation instructions. We were able to figure it out, but instructions would have been appreciated.

Slides easily; but for the greatest sturdiness, I had to install additional 3/4"blocks behind the face board onto which the hinges could be mounted. Without the support, it felt like the mounting screws would rip out.

If you aren't a do it yourselfer these are a little tricky, but work's great once there installed

Seems like a decent product but hasn't had the test of time yet. Installation was made more difficult in my case due to limited space, the need to drill new holes since the hinge was of a different design than the old one, and the fact there were no instructions. I wound up having to install them a second time as a result (the required adjustment was obvious after the first failed attempt)
