I don't give many 5 star reviews. But literally, the best quality wrenches I have ever purchased. The trucks ask 300-400 for this set. Getting them for around 120 is not only a steal but a slap in the face to the tool guys. Not all Rapest drive vans, some are in those big tool trucks:p

These wrenches are wonderful! Nice finish, smooth and fine ratcheting box. I really like the length and the double box configuration a lot.

A big reason I picked up this set was because I needed some double offset wrenches to get to the bolts that fasten pulleys. (The bolt is usually at or below the level of the bowl of the pulley, so a traditional flat box wrench won't work, and I'm working in areas where there's no room to shove in a socket.) The problem with typical double offset wrenches is that 1) GearWrench doesn't make any (and I've standardized on GearWrench tools for my home garage) and 2) the offset head can be too large to fit into the bowl of a small pulley. The box end on this set, however, looked like it might do the job, since they've put a deeper head on it. I just wasn't sure if it was deep enough to get to the bolt heads. Well, they showed up today, and I've used 4 of the wrenches in the set already, and they are awesome, and yes, they grab pulley bolts just fine. One more hassle in life solved with the right tool. (And yeah, they're great for all the reasons everyone else has mentioned, too.)

I am really starting to grow partial to GearWrench products and this wrench set is yet another example why. These wrenches look and perform great and there simply isn't anything about them that feels cheap or flimsy in any way. Originally I was a little unsure about buying a set of these without a 6 point box end but those fears went away after the first use. I was breaking loose the fasteners on my 17 year old rusted up exhaust and I managed to break them all loose without stripping a singe nut. And believe me when I say they were on there tight! So if you are in the market for a set of quality reasonably priced box end wrenches give these a try...

Best set of wrenches I ever owned. I previously purchased the GearWrench 12 piece Metrix X-Beam Flex Head Ratcheting Wrench Set and while those are great wrenches, I found myself having to keep the flex head in place with a spare hand. The Flexes are now my specialty wrench and these are my go-to ones. I wish I bought these first.

These wrenches come in handy when you need them! I don't use them on a daily basis, but I use them on certain jobs and they do the job exactly as I need them too

Very handy tools

I really do love this set, it was a bit rich for my budget at the time, but the 0 offset works great for taking Flywheel-Torque converter bolts off, and the other side is a gear wrench, but they are really long, so you can get some good leverage while you are in a funky position cramped up under the car.

A must have for any mechanic. These wrenches are a life saver. You may not need them every day, but in certain places nothing beats them. I have put a lot of torque on some of the larger size ratcheting mechanisms and have had no problems. Looking at buying the SAE set as well.
