There are more extensive reviews here but I like the ability to customize the watch face to show All my stats at a glance.In addition to my hourly steps, I want to know my pulse rate, how many flights of stairs I've done, how many calories gave I burned through. I also like keeping track of my exercises whether it's a floor workout or riding my bike. There's a stop watch I use for baking and Alexa which I'm not lazy enough to be bothered with.
