Irwin does it again. Saved my butt and my wallet. I had a 6x35mm bolt snap off inside the crankcase of a 1992 Honda Shadow VLX 600. The bolt that holds the crankcase cover on had snapped inside the crankcase itself and it wasn't a clean break. But the bolt was no match for the Irwin drill bit. The bits are sure sharp and within about an hour the bolt spun out along with the bit. Definitely worth the money

Bought for mechanical engineering business where I work. Never had any complaints with Irwin tools in my years of work. Would recommend and buy again if it is Irwin or similar high quality brands.

Extracted cuple broecken bolts,works great!!no any complainces!! Particularly drill bits made me and my workmates happy!!! Thanks for timesaiving product!!!)))))

Seems like a very well made set with a fairly sturdy box to keep it organized. The first one sent to me was missing a bit size, but a replacement was at my door 2 days later.

Excellent quality tools - does what it's supposed to do and does it well. If your project matters, don't settle for crappy tools.

The screw extractor set worked amazing. The set even comes with directions printed on the cover. Irwin is a great tool company. I should have bought this sooner instead of wasting time with a cheap extractor set. The cheap set broke but this set just got out 7 out of 7 stuck screws. (I have one more stuck screw is still stuck due to the cheap set breaking in the screw) Don't waste your money on cheap tools people. This set works!

another fine quality screw extractor by IRWIN I have many of their specialty tools in my box that I use on a regular bases, being in maintenance you can always depend on them without breaking down.

I am a mechanic and have been in search of a good quality extractor kit for a long time. This kit comes with a good selection of left hand drill bits and they are great quality, coupled with the 2 styles of extraction ends makes this a great kit that will do anything you need. This set has most of the bits and extractors that a maintenance person needs in his tool box. The box that it comes in is well organized and easy to locate the proper bit and extractor for the job. Ideally you should never need these but we do not live in an ideal world. Thanks for a great addition to my tool set.

Screws and fittings break and it usually occurs when you are in a hurry. Have this in your arsenal ahead of time, it is almost worth its weight in gold (silver for sure). The spiral screw extractors are awesome because a standard socket fits over them and they are thick and less likely to snap off during the extraction process. They provide you that extra confidence you need when removing stubborn bolts and fittings. Snapped a couple of fittings in a race transmission and the the spiral screws did the job that an easy-out felt like was going to snap off in (and everyone should know that often creates a bigger problem). I am purchasing a second set to keep in the car trailer.

Great product, I give this kit 5 stars!<br />comes with all the info to help you get the job done and most importantly strong bits, to get it done the first time.<br /><br />(TIP)Extractor/ Drilling heads up: if you attempt to use the smallest bit to complete your pre-drill extraction it may result with a broken bit, learn from my experience; when the tiny bit bites and wont budge don't push it move on to the next one.<br /><br />I would recommend this product!
