On one of the sizes it claims it is 3 inches thick, so I ordered the size up and was expecting something 3 inches. Make sure you check on the size you are buying to make sure it will be thick enough for your uses. It was not for mine and I would like to return it but we needed something a.s.a.p and I can't spend another $50 on the next size down. They really should have it listed as a different item because it is very deceiving to the customer!!
