I learned a lot about my health and teeth from this book.

This book was kind of what I expected, and I loved it. It confirmed my suspicions from several years, wondering why we have an entire epidemic of tooth decay, constant need of professional dental care, and even crooked teeth in our modern times. As with everything, it all goes back to diet.<br /><br />The word &#34;Holistic&#34; in the title may scare some people off, but don't let it. It just means that you can make and keep your teeth and gums function at optimum health by simply eating real, healthy foods. The secret is not in the right toothpaste, the amount of professional cleanings, or the sealants and fillers your dentist uses. The secret is in your overall bodily health.<br /><br />This is a quick little book to read; I finished it in one evening. It gives the WHY, WHAT, and HOW of natural dental care in simple terms. In fact, I plan to add this to my (homeschool) students' reading list for high school, and explain it in simple terms for the younger children. The suggestions in this book are not going to be things you can't implement or purchase; the general suggestions for healthy eating, and simple cleaning of the teeth and gums are all that's required to repair or maintain your teeth and gums without unnatural chemicals or procedures.<br /><br />Highly recommended!

This is my first review, ever. But I felt like I had to write this one to say THANK YOU! Thank you for providing me with knowledge to make much better choices for me and my family going forward. Please write more books about health!!! Sadly, there are very few people like you truly rooted in old wisdom and good natured honesty.
