Assembly was easy enough with clear instructions. Do not tighten all bolts until the end!! Chair feels very sturdy. My only con is the seat pad has much to be desired and my butt feels the same as when I was sitting on my old metal stool after a long session.

Hydraulic cylinder broke in less than a month. Barely any padding in the seat. Not comfortable for long periods of time.

The shop stool is a sturdy stool. The back rest slides up and down then tighten to fit your back. it also swivels and good spots to put your feet . perfect for a shop
