I bought this product to cut back on propane use in my camper it works great heats up a tank quicker than expected even without using any propane at all installation was very simple and took less than an hour following the color coded wire directions I have already recommended it to several other friends who have campers

12 volt side(required for gas) of my RV water heater was out and I needed something to hold me over until I could get it fixed. I didn't expect much from electric heat on a 6 gallon water heater but I am impressed at how much hot water I get from this easy to install unit.

No more need to use up propane or wait 20-25 minutes for hot water...I can now wake up and get in the shower immediately...Installation is not difficult but I opted to hardwire mine to a dedicated circuit breaker on my power panel and I wanted the switch located inside my travel trailer so I can tell when it is on or off. Overall, a great product that will pay for itself in less than a year as I won't have to get propane refilled and I don't pay extra for electricity.

Unit works. We ran out of propane on one camping trip. Needing to show the heater kept water at a good temp for hot shower. Camper was cold when getting out but shower was great.

07/18 - I got this after having a bad experience with a tankless water heater. Already had the water heat out of the RV. I own a older class A and if I had to install this through the little access panel it would have been allot more work. All I CAN SAY IS WOW! this is such a great product. Should be in every RV!!!! Install is so easy and the instructions are simple to understand. Everything is color coded all you do just plug and play. Hardest thing for me was running the 110 volt socket for rear the water heater. Everything else was a snap... If you are on the fence about getting this product order it , you will be glad you did.

This worked very well. Never touched my propane. heat up time took a bit but if you fire it up during setup, you are good to go!
