Only hand wash these and they will last forever. If you wash them in the dishwasher, the surface will become discolored.

I have used Nordic products for years and that is the reason I decided to go with this brand. I use parchment paper to line befor I use so the cleanup would not be hard. If you had to clean it hard, I imagine the shine that is on the product would be deminished but I don't intend for that to happen. Manufacturer has been around for a long time and that says a lot when you buy products.

This is another useful pan for freezing things like fondant and other ingredients that I can make ahead of time and freeze until I want to apply on the actual dessert when ready.

I've been looking for a sheet pan that is in between a half and quarter sheet, but not non-stick. That's a hard thing to find! But this is a perfect size, and very sturdy. It hasn't warped even when roasting veggies at 400 with steam. Great find!

I gave these to each of my girls for Christmas. I won't buy anything else. My cookies are never burnt like those dark cookie sheets do.Love them!

The cover on these sheet pans allows many dishes to be stacked in the fridge overnight to cook the next day. We like to make dishes early and this set really helps.

I love these sheet pans and have every size. I just simply use parchment paper and it is so much easier to clean. I use them for cookies and bacon and sooo much more. Love love love. Never buy another brand.

I bought a big one a bakery store it was so expensive these are as good of quality as the big one for way less monii highly recommend things don't cook on bottom as quick as regular pans so u get a more even cook

The half sheet arrived with numerous scratches on the inside of the sheet. However it is written on the packaging Lifetime Durability. I emailed the company Nordic Ware, i received a email stating they received my email and somebody would reach out to me in 24hours. It has been almost 2 weeks and they have ghosted me.

I have several Nordicware pans, so purchasing these was a no brainer. They are sturdy, even heating easy to clean. Furthermore, they don't warp in 400F heat, which is a plus. I would def rec will purchase again when necessary.

My review is only on inadequate packing of the products, I have not used them yet. The logo is stamped from the front to the back of the pan, when it should only be on the back of the pan, previous review said food stuck in logo, but I ordered it anyway because it was made in the USA. Packing consisted of the clear sticky gel like product between middle of pans only that did not keep it from scratching in delivery. it would not take my review without the stars, so I had to put stars before using pans.

Nice,inexpensive set. All common usable sizes. DO NOT CUT ON THEM or you will leave marks on the bottom. Lightly spray with Pam or similar for easier cleaning
