This sponge does a great job of absorbing water in a sit-in kayak for quick draining. .

I ordered this for bathing my horse. I just did a couple tests on it and it doesn't absorb the water very well.

We use them for washing vehicles and various pieces of equipment. We bought a couple because you can never find one when you need it. Not our normal brand but it is holding up well.

Washed my car just fine, it wasn't better than other sponges but it wasn't worse either. Only thing I didn't like was it was too big to hold comfortably.

The price was very very good. Especially compared to the ridiculously over priced Kayak sponges that are made to soak up large amounts of water. At first they weren't that absorbent but I washed out with soap and water and used them a few times and now so so much better at holding water. Can't match the $17 covered kayak sponge but I wasn't going to pay for that. These sponges are big too and no tricks. So I recommend them for boat sponges, washing cars and all kinds of stuff. Likely order more soon at this price. If you got to this review, order it!

Just the size I wanted for the car wash! I do wish it had a bit more of a toughness so that it could take out some grime

Seems like a decent enough sponge. I purchased it just for my kids to play with in water and soap. I knocked off one star because it has a very unpleasant odor that I can't identify and the first time it got wet it left an oily residue on my hands.

Great for washing the car. Good quality, fairly durable and holds the soap very well. It's stood up for at least 30 car washes so far.
