One of our handles was missing when we received it. I contacted them and had a new one in a couple of days. Excellent customer service. We only replaced the old ones because they were looking old. Great way to refresh the faucets

I was able to easily replace my current knobs in the bathroom of my camper with a Phillips head screwdriver in less than 5 minutes. Perfect replacement for the original knobs.
