Worked really well for me. My wife has a narrower frame and found the need to use some towels to cushion around her neck for our heavier/distance hauls.

We were able to move our washer away from the wall and back. It was a little difficult because we're short, but the weight proved no problem. I cannot speak to stairs or moving over a distance, but it worked well in a cramped small room.

I wish I'd bought this years ago. It moves couches, tables, sideboards and appliances with ease. And I mean EASE. It allowed me to keep my back straight. There's a little trick to keeping the strap from slipping, but once you master that, it's smooth moving. A plus product.

Straps do not tighten the way you expect but they do work great! Do not recommend for king size bed.

After struggling year after year to lift our heavy house plants and place them outdoors, we finally ordered some moving straps. Saw how easy they were to use when we had a refrigerator delivered and the delivery guys moved it down the stairs with ease. So much easier now with more marital bliss.

Straps were fairly easy to use. Only issue was they had a tough time of locking in which made it so the furniture my father in law and I were moving was sometimes a bit rough. They would always slip on stairs too.

This product definitely helped distribute weight and freed our hands for stabilization.Unfortunately, we bought this to move a king sized mattress from a 2nd floor apartment to our house (w/ a half flight of stairs up). The mattress, being a mattress, was a floppy and unwieldy beast, and the strap kept slipping off and it was a challenging, hear-pounding endeavor. Even with the less than ideal experience, it was still easier than without it.That being said, I am looking forward to using this for more stable pieces of furniture and boxes in the future.

You have to get used to it, but after you do its very handy. Doesn't really work for extremely heavy items, but for normal stuff its great.

These straps were very helpful in moving some large appliances like a stove, washing machine and dryer. Much cheaper than having to hire movers.
