They fit fine and feel very strong. Only have used them once so far. They were replacements for some old ones. I changed the screws that came with them to a little larger lag screws that I believe will hold better and tighter. I believe they will work fine. I put them on an 18 foot Hewes Craft EZ Load Trailer and they mounted on easy.

The bunks are really sturdy and perfect for what I needed. I have a flat bottom boat that it is hard to get straight on the trailer with currents. The package arrived and some of the hardware was loose in the box. I was missing 2 bolts that mount the bunks to the uprights. I had some at the house that worked so not the end of the world. The brackets they provide to mount to trailer are very versatile which is what I needed. I had to cut about 6” off the brackets with my grinder to get it to work with my boat and trailer. Overall great product. Need to work on packaging and accuracy of hardware.

20' deck boat that sits on top the water, and this holds it very centered on the trailer so it doesn't wander around in the wind. Just makes loading much easier and faster. Had them on my last boat and no matter how easy your boat loads, in the wind you will never regret having them.

On my trailer I had to put them as far in as I could. Have a 17-foot Bayliner. Even after tightening the u-bolts extremely tight, to the point where the clamps are actually bending. There was still some play or wobble. I drilled a hole and ran a bolt through the clamp, this right really did the trick to tighten things up.

I noticed that when I back up the trailer in the water to extract the boat the bumpers are not quiet high enough. Had to have mount brackets made at the local fab shop. The U-bolts were to short

The uprights were too short to reach the frame of my trailer, so I welded on a 6” piece of 1 1/4” square steel to each side of the frame and slide the uprights over them and bolted them on. They ended up being too short on the side of the boat, so ended up buying taller and 90 degree uprights. After all of that, they worked great!
