My son loved this and he really enjoyed making the different shapes. He's 3.5 years old and he was able to work with it.

We just received this geometry set today and it's been a HUGE hit!! My 3 year old son started working on the card designs right away (card#26 is the picture). This is a great product to incorporate with any homeschooling curriculum or use as a educational toy.

While these are intended for older children, I purchased this set for my 4 year old preschool classroom as the children had been showing interest in 3D shapes and how to make them. This set has enough cards that are easy enough to get them started and also challenge them. I have been very pleased with the way they sit down to make a shape, watch their concentration and see their triumph when they are done.

I am a homeschool parent to a kindergarten and 2nd grade student. I saw these shapes after we had completed geometry for the year. We already have 3 dimensional wooden blocks. However, this kit is so much more! The kids can build and take apart the shapes while counting sides and vertices. The kit comes with two sided cards for building. The cards tell you what you need, but you have to build it. I like how the cards have questions and extensions. We can build the 3 dimensional shapes or whatever or imagination designs. Both of my kids love this kit. As another review mentioned the only problem is having enough so that two kids may play at the same time without taking apart what they just made to make the next thing. However, I am very pleased with the kit and would definitely recommend.

HANDS DOWN ONE OF MY KIDS FAVORITE RESOURCES! My children are 4 and 7 and absolutely love this! They love following the cards as well as free design. Wonderful and perfectly sized!

I am amazed at how much my 3-year old has played with this. Sometimes he refers to the cards to make shapes. More often they become helicopters, or propellers or rockets, or ? Just a warning: the connector balls are the perfect size to get lodged in a vacuum cleaner.

I bought these for my daughter to use over the summer (she starts kindergarten in the fall). She loves making new shapes and trying the challenges on the cards. While a few of the challenges are a little difficult for her still, she really enjoys using this set and often asks to play with it instead of other toys.

My students enjoyed working with these shapes. The only problem is that the kit had few pieces for a group of four. I need to buy another one and combine it. I helped reinforce some of the concepts taught in first grade, vertices and sides. They enjoyed making the third dimensional shapes.

My students loved manipulating these shapes, even though they are listed for younger children, my students enjoyed them. They used the cards and then created some of their own.

Love it! Although my 5 and 4 year old boys a tad bit young, they are getting the hang of it since they know all the shapes. With a little help from me, they are into it. A little change from Lego blocks and opens their creativity minds in other areas like Math!
