I bought this to replace an inexpensive bridge for a diy guitar. This is my 4th fender bridge. All 4 have been consistent with no issues. High quality. Just make sure you measure your bridge to make sure the string spacing is correct.

Perfect upgrade for a Mexican Strat. I used a DragonFire steel block on my Strat and put this one in my teacher's Mexican Strat because it was actually less expensive. He's happy. It's a genuine Fender part to boot.

I bought this to upgrade the trem system for my Squier SE. It dropped right in and the screw holes lined up exactly right. It has a full size/fatter trem block than the one that was originally on my Squier, which is why I bought it, more sustain now. Plus the saddles are a lot better.

Exactly what I needed. I have a 2004 indonesian Squire Affinity. These make it so the back cover doesn't fit anymore but who cares? Super beefy and carries the sustain a heck of a lot further. Would buy again and you should too at this price!

I have a 2005 Squier Affinity that I'm building to look like an old school strat. This bridge looks great and the sustain block is much larger than the stock one. The only problem (which doesn't bother me at all) is that the Squier body is thinner than the Mexican/American bodies, so the sustain block sticks out a little in the back, so beware of that if you're putting this on a Squier. (can be seen in pictures)

This was a direct fit for a 1980 Squire MIM Stratocaster. I was replacing the stock tremolo that had the block style saddles and tiny cast tremolo block. The guitar sounds much better now. I was hoping the tremolo block was steel but after the magnet test I'm pretty sure it's zinc. I don't know if the improved sound is due to the bent steel saddles or the more massive trem block or both but I would recommend this if you have the same tremolo I did. I had previously modded this guitar with Sperzel locking tuners, Fender custom shop Texas special pickups, Fender 250k pots, and vintage capacitors. The guitar felt like it was half way there for years. I wish I would have replaced the bridge a long time ago because now the guitar feels and sounds complete.
