I love this arrowroot powder! I make famous chicken wings amongst my family and friends and I tell them all the time that arrowroot is the secret ingredient for perfect fried chicken! It's so nice to be able to buy it in bulk, too.

I ordered Arrowroot Powder. I got a bag with Coconut Flour printed on the package AND a sticker for arrowroot powder on the back of the package. It contains coconut flour! But I still need arrowroot flour for my bread, so I have to order some. (again)

Wish these cultures were resealable. Looks like an attempt was made to install a walking feature but they don't work on any of the packages.

I use arrowroot for thickening sauces for cooking as a great gluten free alternative. Easy to mix into cool liquids and doesn't clump.

"Green Lover!"Uses in the home for me must have multiple purpose! And this Arrowroot powder..., "I use for making Baby Powder!" But because it's so fresh, and smoothly grounded it's uses can expand to even dry shampoo with added "Baking Soda!" I use no other arrowroot powder. And with 6 of us in the home that says a lot, because all of us are different!

I love Anthony's organic flours, and the arrowroot did not disappoint. It's a big bag at a good price. I use it instead of wheat flour to thicken stews gravies, and I also use it instead of baking powder in my DIY deodorant. I mix half tapioca flour half arrowroot for my dusting powder. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this to make deodorant but I also used it for making pancakes and to flour chicken and I was surprised at how well it worked. It holds together well and thickens nicely.
