decided to replace all the hinges in the house with these ones, they are as good as the ones you buy a the big hardware stores. i was very impress with them. only drawback is that they include the standard 3/4 screws so if you happened to have a few hinged where they had used loner ones, then you will have to buy the 1 screws at the box store. if they included at lease a few 1 screws with the orders these will be hard to beat, but that is not a deal breaker for me. i will definitely buy these again.

Very happy with them. Did the brushed nickel version and added them to every door in the house to match the door handles. They fit perfectly with the existing mortice and screw hole locations. If I was doing the install again I'd prelube the hinge pin with lithium grease rather than doing it after the installation.

After sixteen years of decent service, our existing hinges were beginning to show their age (victims of a coastal southern FL environment I guess). These hinges went in SO easy; they're nice quality and good looking. They complemented the satin nickel door levers I installed and now the place looks 15 years newer. I'm totally pleased with this purchase.
