works great especially if you don't have time to boil water on the stove.

This little thing is great and easy to clean, eggs slide right out! Love it!! My favorite is putting spinach and cheese, you won't regret the purchase!

I see a lot of reviews complaining that the yolk produced by this poacher is firm and I can understand that. A good pouched egg is a silky little pouch of creamy eggy goodness. But I like what this device produces just fine since I wear a full beard and it attracts enough in the way of crumbs never mind liquid yolk. The only other issue with this simple machine is not with it at all but with the fact that it is damn near impossible to find medium free range cage-free eggs and even just a large really fills the individual cups too fully. That said; the cooking directions work well, at least for my 1200W microwave. 30 seconds per egg, 2 minutes when making all four and viola; breakfast.I hand wash the doohickey as my ancient dishwasher doesn't seem capable of removing all traces of the egg.
