I had such a hard time getting these on. I've had bunions for 45 years and am very athletic, but I almost injured my toes trying to get them on. Since then I discovered that the spacers really are too large to fit comfortably between toes! Try FTP Health toe separators instead, which were recommended by my chiropractor.

I love that they stretched my toes and be prepared to feel the stretch until your toes and feet get use to it.

These are easy to put on, remove, and clean. I can wear them walking barefoot, and so far after three day of wearing them for about an hour in the evenings, my foot pain (ball of foot) is reduced. Worth a try for achy feet, and the toes stretch feels good!

I have bought several bargain versions of toe spreaders but none of them compare to these. I wish I wasnt paying for the brand name to get them. But regardless these are my sore foot toe heroes. After a long day of high heels these open and relax all the tendons in my feet and I swear they stave off my bunions from developing beyond the little bumps they have been for the past 5 years.

Yoga toes honey!!!! They work wonders. If you have athletes foot in between toes, it's because they are constantly touching. Get these to clear it up. Also just started ballet very good for tor flexibility

They work great helping straightening out my toes after being squeezed in work shoes 10 hours a day. Can't walk with them 9n but use them at night when I put my feet up for about an hour at night.

I have small feet, size 5. I was expecting these to be painful for the 1st time, but the silcone is very soft and I had no trouble getting the posts between my toes. I found these more comfortable than the toe separators used for pedicure.

Bought for my daughter. She can wear them for about 10 minutes then she said she gets cramps in her toes.

These spacers provide much more stretch than typical foam toe separators you can get from nail supply stores. I find them very comfortable and great for short use over an extended time frame.

I've had ball of foot pain for years, specifically seismoiditis. I've spent hundreds on orthotics still couldn't get relief. Throw these things on a couple hours at night man the stretch is real, but I'll tell ya the pain is practically gone when I walk. Hoping after a few months it'll be gone, only time will tell.

These are amazing. At first I couldn't wear them longer than a few minutes, but I've been slowly working up my time with them. I can keep them on for several hours now. They stretch your feet and toes and it's just so relaxing. These feel great after a long day at work too. I got a pair for my husband he's a firefighter and he loves them. My daughter is on the drill team at her school and she now has some too as preventative measures for her toes. Only thing is they don't glide well under sheets and blankets so they're a little difficult to sleep in. Other than that, I love them.

The packaging doesn't have super detailed directions but check out the video on the listing. They feel best when used that way. I think these are great. They have helped me realize how cramped my toes are. I have arthritis and I get joint pain in my toes. These help. Increasing flexibility in the toe end of my foot helps the rest of my foot move better.

My big toe that I had a bunionectomy on 15 years ago suddenly started pulling and crossing over my middle toe. The stretch from these in the right direction has been helpful. Just started using them but it feels like the right thing so far. Happy.

My foot doctor recommended these since my toes were starting to curl and I wanted them straightened out. These work great. I could see the difference after just 2 weeks. They are awkward at first and I didn't think I could wear them very long, but I use them when I watch tv so I am not up and moving about. They are wonderful.
