I ordered the above umbrella along with two others. I received a navy blue one and was told you ordered blue, you got blue. Since there are pictures I don't think a language problem could be the answer. Then to top that off, I was told I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee or I could order a new item. Bad business practice and ethics if you ask me. Will not be ordering from Opentip again.

After three uses handle came off and snap to keep parasol open does not work !!! Value certainly nowhere near the cost !!

My husband ordered this for me for a gift. I loved it at first. Then, using this parasol because I needed to be shaded from the sun, it began to break down. The ends separated from the spokes, then the spokes separated from the top of the inside of the parasol. I have tried to contact the company who makes these, but cannot find them on the internet. If anyone can, let me know! What a shame that such a beautiful product turned out to be such a lemon! I'm ashamed to say that I have recommended this parasol to many people!
