The foam pad came out after a day, so now every time I use it, the pad sticks to the stamper!

Mine came dried out. It takes about 3 dozen stomps of the stamp to get it moist enough to cover everything and effectively stamp. It doesn't really have a seal or cover to keep it moist, so I guess it's understandable. Most pads I've seen have a plastic liner that keeps moisture in, or at least the case fully seals. This has neither.

It is usable if you remember to press down very hard every time. Disappointing. We used a prior ink pad for our simple hand date stamper and it lasted years, it seems. This one is drying up within weeks.
