I take 1 a day with food, and I have been noticing a difference. When it comes to work and I have a lot thrown at me at once, I am able to focus and accomplish my tasks easier and faster. Less brain farts and I remember or can recall memories faster.

Only on day 3, but I haven’t noticed much change in my productivity. I sleep better at night, but I still drag during the day. Maybe with time it will boost me more.

I was studying for a big exam last couple of weeks, and just felt like I was lacking concentration and focus. Finally decided to pick this product up and feel like I accomplished more in one weekend of studying then the past 2 weeks really love this product and I passed my exam!

I think this is a great buy, my boyfriend was on addy as a child and an adult and he just felt uncomfortable taking those pills all the time and he takes these when he needs them and really really likes them. He is very happy with them.
