I was skeptical at first. I had never seen melatonin in a liquid form, let alone just inhaling it could improve your sleep? I thought, yeah right. But I decided to try it out because of the other reviews and tik tok raves about it. I don't go a night now without it. I downloaded a white noise app and listen to it as well. The lavender scent plus the white noise relaxes me right to sleep. I feel like my sleep is better too. I'm more rested in the morning.
