A relative recommended this years ago and I have been on it ever since. I did stop taking it at one point and I noticed a drastic difference within a month so I immediately got back on it. It took a couple of weeks to start working again but I definitely noticed a difference. You can put it in any drink and it dissolves clear. I put a scoop in my tea every morning.

Todava no he visto efecto porque lo ves a partir del tercer mes pero no me dio tiempo comprar otro porque se acab la existencia. Todas las maanas me despertaba solo pensando en el caf con Leche y este colgeno de chocolate. Compr otro de otra marca y no tiene ni de cerca el sabor tan bueno. Slo estoy esperando que vuelva al mercado para seguir con esa marca

I do not do reviews unless I am really impressed with a product. I noticed so much hair regrowth after using this powder for about 3 months. Have been using it for about a year and I can see about 3-4 different lengths of new growth. Dissolves quickly in coffe or drink. No flavor in unflavored

I tried this collagen powder because I've been having struggles with the quality of my hair and split ends. We have extremely hard water which hasn't helped. After about two weeks of putting this powder in my coffee each morning, my hair is stronger with less breakage and seems like it's actually growing past the length it always gets stuck at! I'm not sure about other benefits of the powder because I use it only for hair health but in that area I can tell you it definitely works!
