This not only smells amazing - we literally couldn't stop smelling our pillows and saying how cozy we were at first when using this product. I'm not sure this would replace taking a Melatonin tablet as I do not use those, but I think that it actually works. Possibly just because the scent makes you melt into your bed with content LMAO

I am a night shift worker and don't always sleep well. I saw this and thought I'd try it. Once it arrived, I sprayed my pillows and a bit on my sheets before I left for work.I drug myself upstairs the next morning, put on my PJs and crawled into bed. OMGoodness, once my head hit the pillow and I caught the scent of this heavenly blend, I was in dream heaven! Love, love, love this product and will be keeping it on hand always!

It's not a magical potion but definitely does help my kids get to sleep! It has a lovely lavender scent that lingers for a bit.

I have a hard time sleeping and falling a sleep I spray this on my pillows and bed and it helps me fall asleep within a few minutes if I just lay down without tv or my phone

I'm not sure if it helps me sleep better but I enjoy spraying this on the bed befure I go to sleep- smells wonderful and seems relaxing :)

I decided to try this product not really because I'm having trouble sleeping but I just wanted to try it. I'm not too big on the scent but the product definitely works and it doesn't give you that lingering pull down to continue sleeping. It was a good value for the money.

Some nights I have trouble sleeping, so I'll spray this all over my bed and my pillows when I do that I'm knocked out within minutes. I'm cautious with this spray now because it works so well

Listen, this stuff works! I spray it all over my kids and my bed about ten minutes before we go to sleep. It puts my six year old out like a light. My three year old is (finally) sleeping through the night. For myself and my husband, we love the scent. It is light and relaxing. I find myself getting comfortable faster and being able to fall asleep much easier. If you're hesitant on if it's worth it-it is!

I was skeptical at first. I had never seen melatonin in a liquid form, let alone just inhaling it could improve your sleep? I thought, yeah right. But I decided to try it out because of the other reviews and tik tok raves about it. I don't go a night now without it. I downloaded a white noise app and listen to it as well. The lavender scent plus the white noise relaxes me right to sleep. I feel like my sleep is better too. I'm more rested in the morning.

I had tried everything to get a good night's sleep to no avail. So when I ordered this spray I honestly thought it would not work. Boy was I Wrong! It smelled great so I sprayed some on my pillow and in my bedroom. I layed down at 7 pm and didn't move or wake up until 6am! I'm so impressed with this spray that I'm calling it Magic in a bottle! I'll definitely be ordering again and I highly recommend!

Okay listen I though this wasn't gonna work and I was like yea right sleep my foot. But listen I sprayed it on my pillow and next thing I know I was waking up in the morning and I was like dang ms. melatonin work. If you want to sleep use this spray and get your sleep

I love this stuff. It smells so good and really does help relax you. Anytime I know it is going to be hard for me to fall asleep, I just spray my pillows with this and I easily fall asleep.
