This kept me from throwing out my 17 year old stereo that I used to play CDs and cassettes on. Now I use this auxiliary cord to plug my phone in and listen to my entire digital music library.

I am an audiophile and own very expensive speakers and equipment. I have a trained ear for subtle music sounds. I always played CDs, but recently I signed up for Spotify Premium and streamed my music at their very high sound quality setting (equivalent to 320 kbps). I had a Radio Shack cable to connect my Ipad to the preamp and to my ears the sound was very acceptable but not great. When I switched to the FosPower cable I couldn't believe it. The sound quality was practically the same as listening to a CD from my very expensive CD player. For the price this is an amazing cable. I honestly don't think I could gain more by buying a more expensive brand.

Used these to replace another type of adaptor that did not work properly. These worked perfectly right off the bat, with no noise or intermittent outages. I use them to connect an external source (mp3 etc.) to a mixer for playback purposes.
