It arrived today, and it's a nice skirt for the price! Although I feel the elastic was quite stiff and makes the skirt feel too small around the waist. I'm still happy with my purchase!

Not a 15 yarder. That being said, it's a nice practice skirt for the price.

The product description said that the waist on this thing was approx 27.5 inch (70cm) to 43.3 inch (110cm) and it is nowhere NEAR 43 inches. It's about half that, if anything. I'm gonna have to clip the elastic out of it and put in a string if I want to wear it. Also, the picture is kinda misleading as it looks much fuller in the picture than it actually is. I'm not one to return items. I bought the cheaper product and I got what I paid for, so I'll make due. Seriously though, this skirt is flimsy, not full, and extremely tight waisted... just so's y'all know.

This skirt is gorgeous and lightweight, twirls beautifully and has a simple elastic waistband. The waistband was much too tight for my preference, especially where I like to wear the skirt low on my hips for belly dancing, and the skirt was far too long for me (I'm 5'4). So the elastic isn't really a one-size-fits-all deal, and I ended up removing it and replacing it with a drawstring. Material is a somewhat coarsely woven cotton, with a matte finish. While the coarseness of the weave isn't very noticeable and a lining material underneath prevents the skirt from becoming see-through, the material does fade somewhat after two or three washings to a slightly dull black/grey. Also, the hem of the skirt can become bunched up very easily, so I'd recommend either ironing the hem or hanging the skirt to dry. Overall, I wish I'd paid less than $30 for this item because it doesn't fit perfectly and requires some maintenance if it's to be used for performing, but it's still a good beginner item.

Nothing special, not worth ordering again. Some of the seems were unraveling. I ordered black but the color was faded like it had been washed many times...very faded. It works for my purpose but expected better quality.

When I searched this item I searched "25 yard skirt" and this is what the results showed. I was shocked to see such a great price on it I thought "what is the catch?". I went for it any way. I realized what the catch was, it is not a 25 yard skirt. The diameter is barley even six. The skirt has a nice flow to it when left alone, however it does not have enough fabric to do any of the dance moves when you grab it, there are no ruffles and no ripples. And when I tried to tuck it, it just looked awkward. The skirt itself is nice, has a good color and is long and I will keep it as part of my wardrobe, however it does not work at all for what I got it for.

I don't know what's going on, but the rose red is most definitely NOT red. It is same as the pink in the photo, which I thought was put by mistake because that photo is labeled "pink". Disappointed. The package I got is labeled "rose red" so I don't know where the mistake lies. Elastic is a little tight, I'm going to have to replace it with a drawstring. I have 30" waist and 40" hips and it just fits me.The top panel is not generous for a tiered skirt, I think it will definitely NOT fit anyone with over 42" hips, maybe 43" snug.After I remove the elastic and dye it deep red like it SHOULD BE, I'll probably have a nice skirt for the price.
