Like the multiple pockets. Only drawback for me is no elastic in the waist, which makes it tough if you don't tie the drawstring correctly there is potential for the pants to drop.

Really nice pants. Good quality wrinkle resistent. Well made. My major issue is that smalls are too tight and mediums are too big.

I bought an XS regular length white pants knowing I'd need to hem them a bit. I'm just shy of 5'5" (120lbs) and petites are just a bit too short for me. The material is somewhat thin, so no colored or striped panties unless you want to be the topic of conversation with your coworkers and patients.
