My hubby installed it with no problem. A perfect fit and perfect length, as well. The material it is made of seems to be of good quality. No complaints.

My new whirlpool dryer came with an aluminum duct that was extremely difficult to install and adjust to the escape ducts and wouldnt allow me to oush the dryer up against the wall. Purchased this as a replacement and it's flexibiltiy allowed me to easily attach the clamps on both ends with ease. Since it is very flexible I was able to push the dryer far back against the wall.

I love the aesthetic and it generally feels more durable due to the external layer.That being said, it's advertised as 4, but good luck attaching it to existing 4 ducting. Near impossible to attach to a dryer since it is smaller than normal dryer ventilation.

It wasn't flimsy, no need to worry about tearing it. My dryer is in a tight spot. When I purchased my home the previous owner had a Aluminum hose. It had holes in it. Not something I worry about.
