I really like these baking pans. They are sturdy so things do not get popped around when removing them from the oven, and they provide a very even bake. And as an added bonus they are easy to clean

Love my baked bacon

The title says it all. I chose this brand to replace my horribly gunked up Volrath sheet pan. Within just a few months the Nordic Ware was warped badly enough I could set it n a flat countertop and 'buckle' it by pressing opposite corners. The old Volrath is very dirty but flat as a pancake, so I know what brand I'll buy next time. I was a cook for about 6 yrs out of high school and a lot of stuff the restaurants used was Volrath.

I received a set of the Nordic Ware 2 pack Natural Aluminum Half sheet baking pans 7 months ago. I followed the care and use instructions and did not put in the dishwasher, bake or roast over 425F, or use any abrasives to clean them. I always use parchment when baking and/or aluminum foil when roasting. I have used both sheets exactly the same way. I don't know why one warped and the other is still flat. Any suggestions of a different brand that do not warp?I did email Nordic Ware with pictures and video of the warped sheet, but they have not responded.

Ordered them twice and each time the bottom was scratched. We like the pans but will buy them separately.

Impressed with the thickness and sturdiness of these 2 baking sheets. Great product for the price!

These pans are versatile and a great addition to my kitchen.

I love that it bakes evenly and the pans have not warped yet. I don't like the faded color it changed to so after washing it I always make sure I wipe it with a paper towel to clean any residue. I HOPE IT'S NOT HARMFUL!!!!

Love these for baking. On the heavy side but does the job.

I like them, but the rolls around the edges really collect water when washing. I do expect better for price. Thank you for reading. They are good pans.

Got yo keep them shiny, professional pans

Very nice product however I did not measure - too small for most of my baking or roasting needs. Would be perfect for most toaster ovens? Love the brand though. I sent them back and was refunded without issues.

Being single, I needed a baking sheet for small portions. After reviewing several baking sheets, I determined that this quarter sheet pan would fit the bill. I was pleased about the sturdiness and thickness of the metal. I also found it to fit perfectly the small amount of food I needed to bake. It seems to distribute heat evenly. The only thing I am a bit displeased about is the ease of clean up. I always use something in the bottom of the pan -- aluminum foil or parchment paper, so as not to need much clean up. I have found, however, that there remains a sticky, yellowish-brownish residue along the outer portion of the sheet pan. Although I am able to remove most of this with the help of the scouring pad, which, luckily, I still found a few at the back of my cabinet, some does remain. This is only a small matter and is probably only an issue for people like me who are a stickler for clean dishes.
