Have had loved Bunn's for decades. Only problem I see with this newer model is no way to clean when mineral deposits build up like can with other model. I'll order the older model when need to replace this one. Which I expect will be sooner than older model.

Would give five stars if the Lee was a way to auto run it otherwise it is a great coffee maker brews a pot in a minute

The coffee tastes good, but the machine simply makes weak coffee. To put it into perspective, I finely grind beans at a quantity that would make most 12 cup brewers make very bitter, super strong coffee. With this machine, you can just about see through the pot when it is finished. It seems like I use more and more coffee every day trying to fix the problem. I suspect this is because it brews so fast.The other comments are correct: with the sprayer head it comes with, you will have a counter full of erupted wet coffee grinds. You need to send away for the slower spray head. While this does fix the problem, I feel that the coffee actually got even weaker, perhaps due to less contact with extra hot water.I have mixed feelings about continuing to use this machine. I don't want to feel that I wasted over $100, but I might go back to using my cheap old drip machine.

Ordered it as gift because that's all I heard about was a Bunn that makes coffee in 3 minutes. Only thing I dislike is that it doesn't have a automatic shut-off but other than that love it!

My family has had this coffee maker for awhile. It does one thing, and it does it very well. As long as you take care of it (clean it whoever you see gunk building up) you're gonna get a solid cup of coffee.Is this the right coffee maker for you? My roommates and I all work different schedules. The guy before me gets up about 5:00, and is home around 3. I leave about at six some weeks, seven on others, and if he forgets to turn it off, it's still keeping old coffee warm at that time. I don't know what the exact timer is, but I do know I have to make a new carafe by this time.This is a great system if everyone in your home drinks about the same amount at the same time. Otherwise, you'll have old coffee left sitting there. My recommendation at that point would be to look for a system capable of full carafe and single cups.

Very good product! I have had two in 19 years. we make between 3 and 4 pots a day 7 days a week. You cannot find a faster easier coffee maker at any price.

It has a tiny light that makes it easy to leave on when you think the hot plate is off and no auto turn off .

I liked same model I used for about 5 years so wanted new one. Brews coffee slightly quicker. Machine does not seem as well made due to more plastic

I love Bunn coffeemakers, but this one gave me a bit of trouble at first. I thought it was leaking from the bottom because several times when I made coffee, there was coffee on the counter and dripping onto the floor. Turns out the carafe is just very picky as to where it is placed. Now I watch until I'm sure the coffee is going into the carafe. So relieved it was nothing else!

I'm an old Bunn guy. I like everything about it......except the design of the carafe. It's stylish, but again, I'm old, not a contortionist and it is not easy to get the last bit of coffee out of the carafe. I'm not sure how Bunn thought that was a good design?

We needed to send for restrictors so the basket would not over flow when brewing a fresh full pot. The needed part was sent for free, but I think should have been included to start with.
