This was my first introduction to brown jasmine rice. It is EXCELLENT, however, the bag doesn't go far, it is very high quality, fresh, and delicious and I highly recommend, but financially I have to buy larger amounts at a time. Still highly recommend if you use smaller quantities

Since 1937, generations of the Lundberg family have been growing more than 17 varieties. This Jasmine rice has been ORGANICALLY GROWN IN CALIFORNIA. It's light buttery.

Everything flavorwise is good and the texture is fine. I just didn't like how the color turned out. Inl have been cooking wild rice for years but when I cooked this in my instant pot, everything was purplish brown color. I have never seen the wild grains bleed their coloring before.

Upon arrival of this Lundberg Organic Brown rice, I poured it into my sealed containers. A week and half later I prepared to use it and see bugs!!! So beware. Maybe ordering straight from Lundberg may be a better option, as I have ordered from there and it wasn't buggy.

I've bought this white rice before and it was fluffy and tasty, but the last two bags have been awful. It doesn't cook right, it's weirdly glutinous and partly undercooked, even though I'm cooking it the same way as before. It doesn't taste very good either. Expiration date is September, so why does this rice seem really stale? I'm giving 2 stars since it is organic and packaged well, so there's that.
