Need to wear it a few more times to see if it helps for sure especially at work but its been hot here and it tends to be a little warmer. Nothing crazy tho. Only complaint is it tends to ride upward on the bottom.

Product is made well and fabric is very soft and feel wonderful. Unfortunately, it is too large to provide compression as described. I wear an xs to small in tank tops. Will have to return.
