This has been my go-to almond flour for a while. It has a nice texture, neither too fine nor too grainy. This comes in handy for many recipes from desserts to milkshakes. Only issue is the zippered bag doesn't close often, so I end up transferring to a separate container.

I put some in a standard pancake mix to make it healthier. The taste is subtle and it can substitute for about on third of the flour in most receipes. Great in muffins and cinnamon roll dough.

This blanched version of almond flour is much better to work with while making 'bread products' that we crave while on keto.

Great almond flour, always consistent and works in all my protein/keto type recipes. The velcro type closure isn't airtight but it's convenient, and I usually transfer to another container and refrigerate it.

My only wish is that it could be more affordable. For a diabetic on disability, it is good, but expensive.

This almond flour is perfect for making macarons! Will definitely continue buying. Best price I've found so far. It's supposed to be resealable but it doesn't work very well so I have to keep mine in an airtight container. Otherwise great product!

There's little almond flavor, probably due to the processing. Many bread recipes call for large amounts of mozzarella cheese, which doesn't add much flavor. Blue Diamond offers recipes, some of which I have made. Their brownie recipe baked nicely but lacked the rich chocolate flavor that comes from using wheat flour. Their almond cracker recipe worked. Avoid yeast in bread recipes. Almond flour doesn't rise and yeast imparts an off taste. Baking powder is best for leavening. Bake at 350 to avoid excess browning. I'm not really impressed with almond flour's baking properties but I use it because of one family member's low carb diet.

I use this product for making a cake. And when I received the product it was damp from being left out on the porch in the rain it should have been covered in a plastic bag. But for the most part I used it and my cake turned out good!

I'm on my second bag of this and my only complaint is that the zip-seal bag hasn't worked for either of them.

This is the cheapest place to buy almond flour and it works just fine for our baking needs...we use lots of it cuz our son has Crohns and can't eat regular flour

I bake crackers and cookies with this almond flour and this brand is higher quality than most making fantastic goodies!

I am rating this base on comparing to the almond flour I order before, so I am giving this a better rating because1; the price is a much better deal2; the quality seems to be better; the color also seems to be more fine, the other one had a little bit of grains of something,BUT; yes here's the nuts, after baked the bread is more harder, ( even thou I bake the exact way; time, amount etc etc ), maybe I will have to adjust the time / temp a little bit and see how it turns out. ( since I do bake a lot, would take long to find out ). Overall; would I buy this again; YES for now.

The almond flour itself is great but the bag needs improvement. If flour gets into the closure strip it makes it almost impossible to tightly seal it. I end up wrapping it with a rubber band. They should swap to what bobs red mill uses for bag closure.
