No crying with this product, just flavor galore!The granules pack more flavor while using less and staying put on your food. I tried the garlic first and really liked it, so getting the onion was a No Brainer!

This is a staple for cooking meats and much more. I hate running out so quickly with that in mind. This large size is perfect for my cooking needs, and it's more economical.

I had the granulated before. This was powdered. I'll use it; although it's not what I preferred. Flavor is good.

I prefer this to the powder. The granulated doesn't clump as easy as the powder. Also think it the taste is better.

I use this brand as my backup spice mainly due to size, n the lower cost, than the other more famous brands. I started in the little cellophane days of my early cooking skills and money, in the Ethnic food aisles, and the other brands were not in stock, I seemed to have grown from those lil bags, to the smaller and medium plastic containers, so, as I grew, even financially, I have learned these larger sized containers fit my budget n multiple recipes from my global journeys and cooking skills. I am a Badia product fan, proven through travel n cooking experiences. You will not be disappointed...

As a chef Badia is my always go to brand! This onion powder is fantastic, the aroma is magical!
